A funny, entertaining plot that will keep you immerse in the less-than-meant-to-be-tensed for hours to come. It took quite a while back from The Rock's past entertaining flicks to make yet another return to the sort of films that his muscles ain't the main point of the movie. And that is perhaps quite a rather good one. You won't find The Rock misplaced in any of the scenes, but in fact, him playing a ukulele and singing a rendition from Nat King Cole was a rare spectacle indeed. Laughs are ascertained without a doubt, but whether you find it rather slapstick or a true hilarity, that depends on what you want to feel about it.
I am a fan of The Rock, in any aspect, but more so on his lighter side, the entertaining ones. And of course, I wouldn't say no to one of his action flicks too or rather, his faster pace of punching the lights out of anything that literally moves. Michael Caine was excellent in his role as always. You can't really comment much on a veteran actor. So, if you're planning for a entertaining flick and somehow coincidentally happen to be a fan of the Rock, then I don't think you will regret much with this one. Just don't expect a roaring laughter out of it, it's just meant to entertain, and I think it did it's job.
Movie Rating:- 6/10
